Node Wallet - Terms of Use
Last updated: May 10, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Node Wallet, a non-custodial software interface for World Chain token balances, sends, receives, and swaps. By using Node Wallet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Operator And Contact
"Node Wallet", "we", "us", and "our" mean the Node Wallet app operator. For legal, privacy, or support questions, contact support@nodewallet.io.
2. Non-Custodial Interface
Node Wallet does not hold your assets, private keys, seed phrase, or wallet password. Transactions are only initiated when you approve them in your own wallet. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, and you are responsible for reviewing the recipient, token, amount, network, and fees before approving any transaction.
3. Eligibility And Compliance
You may use Node Wallet only if you have legal capacity to do so and your use is lawful where you are located. You must not use Node Wallet for fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful activity.
4. Fees
Transactions may involve network gas fees and third-party protocol or liquidity fees. Node Wallet may charge an interface fee on swaps when shown or otherwise made available in the app flow. By submitting a transaction, you accept the fees shown by the app, wallet, protocol, or network.
5. No Advice
Node Wallet does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Prices, balances, token lists, quotes, and other app data are informational only. You make all wallet and transaction decisions at your own risk.
6. Crypto And Technical Risks
Crypto assets and blockchain protocols involve significant risk, including market volatility, low liquidity, slippage, smart contract bugs, protocol exploits, oracle failures, network congestion, delayed or reverted transactions, and regulatory changes. You may lose some or all of your assets.
7. Third-Party Services
Node Wallet may interact with World App, World Chain, wallets, block explorers, price feeds, RPC providers, liquidity protocols, and other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, security, data, fees, or transaction outcomes.
8. App Availability
Node Wallet is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or accurate real-time data.
9. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Node Wallet and its contributors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for lost assets, lost profits, lost data, indirect damages, special damages, consequential damages, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
10. Privacy
Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using Node Wallet, you also acknowledge that policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when the Terms change. Continued use of Node Wallet after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
