Node Wallet - Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Node Wallet handles information when you use the app. Node Wallet is a non-custodial wallet interface. We do not receive or store your private keys, seed phrase, wallet password, or the ability to move assets without your approval.
1. Information We Process
We may process your connected wallet address, World username and profile information returned by World App, token balances, quote requests, transaction identifiers, transaction hashes, token addresses, app settings, language, theme, and basic device or network diagnostics needed to operate the app.
2. Optional Analytics
Google Analytics 4 runs when a deployment configures `NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_ID`. Analytics events use privacy-preserving fields where possible, such as amount buckets instead of exact dollar amounts. We do not intentionally send private keys, seed phrases, or full user search text to GA4.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate your wallet session, show balances and activity, prepare quotes and transactions, estimate fees, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, improve app reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Third-Party Services
Node Wallet may send necessary request data to World App, World Chain infrastructure, backend API services, RPC providers, price providers, block explorers, and liquidity or swap services. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Local Storage
The app stores some settings and cached data in your browser or World App webview, such as theme, language, balance visibility, watchlist, activity cache, and analytics identifiers or attribution data. You can clear this data using your browser or app storage controls.
6. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for app operation, security, debugging, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes. On-chain transaction data is public and may remain available on blockchains and explorers independently of Node Wallet.
7. Your Choices
You can disconnect or stop using Node Wallet at any time. You can clear local app data from your device.
8. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact support@nodewallet.io. The app Terms are available at /terms.
